The First Place Is The Main Operation Control Box In The Cab, Which Is Mainly Used For High-pressure Cleaning Operations. The Second Place Is The Auxiliary Engine Compartment At The Rear Of The Carriage, Which Is Mainly Used For The Operation Of The Auxiliary Engine, Water System, High-pressure Spray Gun, And Manual Cleaning Vehicle.

(2) Preparation Before Homework

1. Vehicle Inspection

Check The Entire Vehicle For Any Oil, Water, Or Gas Leaks, And Eliminate Them If Necessary. Check The Oil Levels Of The Main And Auxiliary Engines, As Well As The Water Level Of The Radiator. If Necessary, Add Oil And Water. Check If The Structural Components Such As The Front High-pressure Spray Bar And Fixed-point Spray Are Normal. Also, Check If The Water Outlet Ball Valve Of The Radiator Is Open.

2. Water Injection Operation

(1) Fire Hydrant Water Injection Method

Connect One End Of The KD65 Standard Connector Hose To The Fire Hydrant Interface And The Other End To The Water Tank Inlet. First, Open The Water Tank Inlet Ball Valve, And Then Open The Fire Hydrant Water Valve To Inject Water Into The Water Tank. During The Water Injection Process, Attention Should Be Paid To The Progress Of The Water Level Rise In The Water Tank Measuring Pipe. When The Maximum Scale Is Reached, The Fire Hydrant Water Valve Should Be Closed In A Timely Manner, And Then The Inlet Ball Valve Of The Water Injection Port Should Be Closed To Complete The Water Injection Operation.

(2) Self Flowing Water Injection Method For Roof Filling

Drive The Vehicle Under The Water Supply Pipe, Park Safely, Open The Tank Cap Above The Water Tank, Align The Water Injection Pipe With The Tank Cap, Open The Water Supply Pipe Valve To Inject Water, Pay Attention To The Water Level Gauge In A Timely Manner, Close The Valve And Tank Cap When The Maximum Scale Is Reached, And Complete The Water Injection Operation.

Note:

1. When The Spray Rack And Fixed-point Cleaning Reach The Limit Position, Please Stop Swinging To Prevent The Rotating Motor From Being Damaged Due To Long-term Overload. If The Spray Rack Does Not Spray Water Or The Water Shortage Alarm Sounds, Please Stop Working.

2. To Increase The Water Flow Rate And Pressure During Operation, You Can Increase The Speed By Turning The Throttle Control Lever Of The Auxiliary Engine.

3. The Pressure Of The High-pressure Water Pump Has Been Properly Adjusted Before Delivery. Do Not Adjust It Unnecessarily.

(5) After The Homework Is Completed, Stop The Vehicle And Use The Control Button On The Operation Box To Restore The Water Spray Rack And Fixed-point Cleaning Mechanism To Their Parallel And Highest Positions. If The Speed Of The Auxiliary Engine Is Increased, The Throttle Control Lever Of The Auxiliary Engine At The Rear Of The Vehicle Needs To Be Lowered To Idle And Turned Off.

Attention: Before Shutting Down The Auxiliary Engine, It Must Be Reduced To Idle Speed. Otherwise, Starting It At Non Idle Conditions During The Next Use May Cause The Engine To Stall And Affect The Service Life Of The Auxiliary Engine.

4. Handheld Spray Gun And Auxiliary Cleaning Cart Operation

Open The Auxiliary Engine Compartment, Pull Out The Reel Water Pipe, Connect The Handheld Spray Gun To The Reel Water Pipe, And Then Open The Water System Conversion Ball Valve To The Direction Of The Reel Spray Gun. Start The Auxiliary Engine And Press The Spray Gun Wrench To Enter The Spray Gun Operation State. After The Operation Is Completed, The Auxiliary Engine Should Be Turned Off First, And Then The Connection Between The Spray Gun And The Water Pipe Should Be Disconnected. Pull The Water Pipe To Retract The Reel Water Pipe.
