Important Reminder: All Hinge Parts Must Be Filled With Butter Every Week

Function: To Prevent The Shaft And Shaft Sleeve From Getting Stuck, And To Slow Down The Wear Of The Shaft And Shaft Sleeve.

After Unloading The Garbage, It Is Necessary To Clean The Sealing Strip Of The Filler, The Water Tank, And The Garbage In The Sewage Tank

Function: To Prevent The Sealing Performance From Being Affected By Garbage Adhesion.

Note 3:

Regularly Clean The Residual Garbage On The Shovel Slide, Shovel Rear, Cylinder Piston Rods, And Cylinder Covers

Function: To Avoid Difficulties In The Operation Of The Shovel Caused By Garbage Jamming, And To Prevent Small Garbage From Entering The Oil Cylinder And Damaging The Oil Cylinder Seal.

Regularly Check Whether The Oil Pipe Joints Are Loose Or Leaking Oil, Whether The Oil Pipe Skin Is Scratched Or Worn, And Whether The Nuts Of The Saddle Bolts That Fix The Garbage Bin Are Loose

Function: Reduce Oil Leakage And Prevent Displacement Of The Cabin.

Note 5:

If There Is Accumulated Water In The Oil-water Separator, It Should Be Promptly Drained

Function: To Prevent Water And Oil From Entering The Gas Circuit And Affecting Its Use.

When The Wear Of The Skateboard Slider Exceeds 10mm, It Needs To Be Replaced In A Timely Manner

Function: To Prevent The Sliding Of The Slider Due To Wear And Tear From Affecting Its Use.

Important Reminder: After Using The New Car For Three Months, The Hydraulic Oil Must Be Replaced. Later, It Should Be Replaced Every Six Months. When Replacing, Pay Attention To Cleaning The Oil Tank Inlet And Return Filter Elements And The Oil Filter Element

Function: Reduce The Degradation And Damage Of Hydraulic Component Performance Caused By Impurities Generated After A Period Of Oil Use.

Hydraulic Oil Grade Used In Cold Regions: L-HV32

Different Grades Of Hydraulic Oil Cannot Be Mixed For Use, Otherwise The Performance Of The Power Unit Will Be Affected. After Using The New Box For 3 Months, Please Replace The Hydraulic Oil In A Timely Manner. After Every 6 Months Of Use, Please Replace The Hydraulic Oil In A Timely Manner And Add Lubricating Grease To Each Shaft Every Week.
